Due to the devastating floods through out the state of Iowa, we have rescheduled the 2008 Annual Meeting originally scheduled for June 18. We are pleased to announce the 2008 Iowa Corporate Annual Meeting will be held on September 17.

Please join us and extend your stay in Dubuque while attending the Iowa Credit Union Annual Convention.

Delegate Information:

All delegates authorized to vote at the June 18 meeting will remain as authorized delegates. If your credit union did not designate an authorized delegate for the June 18 meeting, or you wish to replace the previously elected delegate, you may appoint a delegate to represent your credit union at the September meeting. We ask that each delegate kindly send notification to nancya@iowacorporate.org or by mail to Iowa Corporate advising us whether or not he/she will attend.

Hotel Information:

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Grand Harbor Hotel and at Holiday Inn. Delegates are responsible to make and pay for their own hotel reservations for the evening of September 16. Upon receipt of completed reimbursement form and a hotel receipt, Iowa Corporate will reimburse delegates for lodging. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. In the past Iowa Corporate reserved a block of rooms and paid the hotel directly. This year is unique in that the meeting is held in conjunction with the League’s. We appreciate your patience in facilitating the reimbursement of your expense.
